I returned this item due to it was not long enough for my new kitchen install. My kitchen remodeler tech had to make the connection utilizing different supplies.

Didn’t end up using this because my contractor had purchased one from Lowe’s.

It does as expected. Nice color and it’s hidden. One day I will see it again.

When Best Buy came to deliver my frig & hook up the water, the delivery person said he saw water at the where the water shut-off is under the sink. The frig sat in my kitchen until the plumber could come. The plumber said the junction between the line & the shut-off was fine & if it needed to be replaced, he wouldn't have chosen this product. I wasn't going to argue with a licensed plumber. I'm returning it to Best Buy.

Did not need this item. No water hookup at my house.

Correct product for the job. Basic and effective. Only one needed.

Why sell an add-on icemaker without the supply line included? Supply was generically acceptable - nothing special

Still I am not able to connect to my water line.. it's doesn't fit easily.. better check and then buy.

Slightly hard to install but with time it was figured out. Instructions can be a bit more clear.

What’s there to say really? It’s an overpriced hose fitting for a refrigerator.

This waterline didn't fit our house, but im sure it works for others

Purchase automatically added to order with instruction that if not needed, customer can hand-carry to store for return. Was not needed; installer insisted on installing anyway. Damaged existing valve in house. Similar kit is half the price at Lowe's

Could not use because my water line connection is 5/16" and this kit is for 1/4". Had to reuse old hose

this size did not fit the refrigerator, so the men who delivered the refrigerator did not install a water line. I still do not have water or ice to a brand new refrigerator.

Was told we needed a steel one for the steel appliance, but I think the copper ones are perfectly compatible

Who knows? Supposedly new lines should work, right?! Never found out. Even after a week, my icemaker wasn't producing ice. Scheduled a pickup for everything and bought another unit elsewhere because of poor customer service from Best Buy.

so far no problem; installation was great. Would recommend

Got charged for this item was told I would get it refunded because the men who delivered the new fridge said they couldn't use it due to my waterline hole wasn't large enough so they used my old water line hook up. Noticed I never got refunded for it tried to get ahold of someone but apparently no one can do that because it's past the refund date.
