It’s taken 2 months just to get a refund! When I called (3 times) they want to send me a gift card! I do not want a gift card, I want a refund… now waiting for refund check. Very frustrating!!

Worst experience ever with Best Buys installers

I will not be buying any more appliances through Best Buy. Service men walked in, spent two minutes assessing that they CAN'T put my waterline in and then proceeded to tell my husband HOW HE COULD DO IT HIMSELF. Waited a month to hear it's not possible to do while telling my husband how to do it. The most unprofessional installers I've met in all of my appliance purchasing experience. This is AFTER my appt was cancelled twice. It was a pure disappointing experience and it has left us angry. We purchased a fridge with ice/water and now have no ice/water capabilities. I could have gotten a cheaper fridge instead of the one I paid for.

Doesn’t come with much

For the price I thought it would include everything. I was told I needed to buy it there if I wanted my install done. However they didn’t install it, just pushed the fridge into place and plugged it in....
