This product appears to be good. Was recently purchased, so, needs to keep eye on it to know how it actually runs.

Water is not cold. Not sure if that is the line, the fridge or the installs fault.

The kit is convenient but the length of tubing could be a bit longer

Had to return it. Wrong size and not all the pieces.

Horrible customer service I bought a refrigerator but no one told me it only makes about six pieces of ice every 2 -3 hours And the water on the water dispenser only comes out room temperature. If I would of known that I would of NEVER bought it from Best Buy. I called Best Buy and they gave me the run around until they told me there is nothing they could do for me!!!! I bought a floor model for 2,000 What a waste of money !!!! 2 technicians from Samsung came out to look at it and said the same thing About the ice maker & the water dispenser Too bad you don’t have the option of 0 stars

This product is no better than any other kit I have ever purchased and a little bit pricey compared. I wouldn’t have purchased it if I’d have known I would be doing the install myself, save your money same kit with more adapters can be purchased elsewhere at a cheaper price

Meh. Nothing special. Isn’t compatible with all refrigerators or older hookups.

The installers put it in so I haven't had any interaction with it. Seems ok.

I bought a 25 ft nylon tubing set for the same purpose for less than $20.00 specifically for this application. 6 feet was definitely not enough and I would have needed 3 more sets of this $40 steel tubing, but it was overkill for the water line needed on the refrigerator.

You have to get the hose in order for the water feature to work so I'm not sure why a review is necessary.

The product I received was very much what I wanted and my expectations were met by this purchase.

Good product but more expensive here than at Home Depot. Bought it here only because it was closer than HD.

Im sure this line works well but I never used the line. I used my existing water line

Didn't need the kit, we just returned it with no issues.

I needed to have this product to install my new refrigerator. It is a good value.

We have not been able to hook up our fridge with this yet because the waterline is behind the stove. You have to make sure there is a waterline to connect this to for water/ice maker. Best Buy couldn’t connect this part.

Was a required to purchase this over priced kit as a requirement for service personnel installation. The kit was not needed because the necessary hose and fittings were already in place from the previous refrigerator. A waste of $29 for a hose and fittings that, if needed, can be purchased for about $7-$9 at hardware stores..
