If you pay extra to have the water line run when they come to install, there is no need to get this. However , they returned it without any questions.

Buyer Beware if you have copper water lines

Delivery company does not touch copper water lines but BestBuy does not tell you that when you purchase installation. Refrigerator sat on my moms front porch for 2 weeks before after we installed this line ourselves and Best Buy installers failed to show up twice.

Horrible company

I purchased $3,000 worth of appliances in July and I still haven’t seen my fridge, but they charge me for it every month on my Best Buy card! They tell me every few weeks it will be delivered and then 6 hours before it’s supposed to be here they say they need to reschedule. Customer service keeps you on hold for hours. They hang up on you all the time. The supervisor refuses to speak to you and apparently there is only one supervisor and no other supervisors or managers. I will be canceling my Best Buy Card and never buying from this place again. I told them I would like to return my microwave and oven since I don’t have a matching fridge and they refused.

Purchase Of This Item was required by BB

Even though I knew it wasn't needed and wouldn't work. Thankfully BB took it back. I had to then drive across the county to get the simple quick fit connector. Not happy with dysfunctional mandatory requirements like this. Will look elsewhere next time I need an appliance.

Not long enough

When the technicians arrived to install it, it was not long enough, and I was told that it could not be installed because my prior line was made out of copper. Therefore this product does not sound helpful or versatile.
