Best Buy won't install your fridge and hook it up without it. 2 stars due to cost and unwillingness to use a line they sold you just a short time ago. It is marked up too high and you are forced to buy it even it your current line is working fine.

I didn't know that the fridge is pre-installed waterline. All the delivery men had to do was connecting the waterline and plugged in the power cord. I only recommend this if you don't have the existing waterline connection in your kitchen.

Sales staff should ask how long of a line is needed when the appliance is purchased.
