Complete waste of money

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't let them talk you into having to have this for them to connect your waterline. All you need is a $2 coupler to connect the two PEX lines together. This is 6 feet of metal tubing that you then have to coil up behind your refrigerator. When they installed mine, they didn't use the stiffener in the connection to this tubing and of course the connection leaked! I went out, bought the $2 coupler (which included the proper stiffeners) and replaced this nonsensical tubing. I returned it to the store and they refunded my money. When they talked me into this kit they promised that they would level the refrigerator (they wouldn't unless I bought this kit). But, guess what, they didn't level the refrigerator at all! They didn't even have a level with them. So, more work for us!

LOUSY SERVICE

Water line installed successfully

Best Buy insisted that an alternative stainless steel water line would need to be spliced onto our current copper water line to complete the install. Despite some water spillage, the new line was successfully installed.

Where is the kit?

Today the installers arrived to my house for delivery and they did not have this kit! When I asked the kit to them they told me that I should call a plumber? Then, why did I have to pay for this item? It is so absurd!

Ordered a fridge with a delivery date 3.5 weeks in the future. Contacted the day before saying the fridge would be delivered in the next 24 hours. Emailed at 6PM on day of delivery, saying my delivery had been cancelled. Went to store they said it was a glitch in delivery system. Went to Lowe’s. Bought fridge. Delivered in 2 days.
