Installers refused to install water line and I paid for this for no reason

biggest problem: delivery people refused to hook it up. Had to pay someone to do it

Looks sturdy, works well. what more would you expect. On the pricey side.

Took 30 days to get a replacement for a frig less than then a year

Overpriced but okay. It did the required job. Wouldn't buy again.

This is what you need for an ice machine. Some of these will say not for ice machine on the tube and otherwise you wouldn’t know. If you get a different one than this, it could break and flood your house. It happened to us at work over the weekend and destroyed the office.

Didn't ask for same but it came with frig. would recommend if needed.

They reused the line from my previous fridge and took the new one with them, though l paid for it. I called CS, they will return the money, but they wouldn’t have done that if I hadn’t called. Not sure if it’s their practice or it was something the delivery man decided to do.

not a show stopper! A bit pricey for what you get, but fulfilled the job.

This was required with my refrigerator purchase. I returned it because it was not needed. It looked like a quality kit.

The installation problems that have happened with my ticket are not acceptable. The people that delivered the refrigerator said they were not qualified to accomplish the waterline install because they were not plumbers. They said the next people who are coming out to install the range and the microwave were plumbers so they could do it. When the plumber came he said there was not a ticket for the waterline to be put in so he could not do it. Then a third person came to do the waterline, he said he could not do it because he was not a plumber. Unacceptable! Waste of my time. Best Buy, unacceptable!

It's needed kit for dish washer installation. Needing outsource to install

Never used because installation I paid for was never performed. delivery guy tried to cancel item but said he was unable to do so. When I tried to return this one item I was told that it would cancel all other special pricing and special promotions that were included with my purchase

Did not install the ice maker, therefore, did not need this product.

They called ahead of time to ask if we have a water shut off valve and we do BUT when they arrived, we were told it must be located on the line directly behind the fridge and ours is below it (directly below in the basement.) They left the fridge and said we must install a "saddle valve" on the water line and on the same floor as the fridge before they will install it. They would not leave the new fridge in the kitchen unattached to the water line (but they would leave it in the garage until it can be installed once the existing water line has the saddle valve on it.) We had to make another appointment for installation which was almost a week later.

Over price. You can find one much cheaper at hardware store

Too short. Went to store to exchange. None available. Tried yo return and was turned down. Something about it was on a delivery ticket.

bought it with the fridge. bestbuy wouldn't hook it up without it.
