Way too short

Since this hose is only 6 ft and i couldn't stretch it more than a few feet, i had to return it. It looked like it would have held water though.

Complete joke

Then after to speaking to the manager he states they will make it right and send out someone to fix it. The manager ignores my text messages and just refunds my money what a joke. Will not be doing business with Best Buy anymore what a shame.

The installation was horrible the 6-foot stainless line you sent was not long enough they tried to attach it to my old line which went to the fridge and they screwed up the old line so I had to go to Home Depot and buy a line to go from the sink across under the floor to the fridge so all I can say is I would not recommend you installing any refrigerator to anybody bring it in the house set it down and let the person do their own setup it was the worst experience I've had in a long time but I do love the fridge ended up having to throw you're a 6-foot stainless hose in the dump anything else you want to know

He was wrong. Had the hassle of returning the item.
