Upsell at an expensive price

This can be found much less expensive elsewhere. Also note that it rather short. Did not work for me and I bought a longer one elsewhere for less.

Failed and cost me $$$$$ in repairs

Lots of damage. Not best buys fault but certainly I would look elsewhere for a water line cable. Total nightmare.

Bad service, Worst experiences I had

However, they didn't install them and go away. They didn't give us this item I bought. That made me mad. At that time, I needed to install and use it immediately so I called handyman to install them. He bought some materials to install them. I was very surprised with Best-buy's worst service. I don't want to buy any item in Best buy any more. Never ever, ever never. No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The delivery men used the existing water line. I was sold a part that was unnecessary to the installation of my new fridge.
