It's a stainless steel hose. What more can I say..

It wasn’t long enough. Instead of replacing with correct length, they left me with the one that doesn’t fit.

It was not used, it was hooked up with copper. I bought it and still have it. The plumber hooked it up for me while he installed the water line.

this item is not necessary if you already had a plastic line running to your fridge. Also Best Buy DOES NOT INSTALL the plastic line from old fridge to new fridge... why? well ask the sales guy that.

One end of the hose leaked. Best Buy cheerfully refunded the price of then Refrigerator Waterline Kit.

This accessory is a necessity. I feel safer with it.

I ordered the piece,it never was installed,had to purchase one on my own and install.my original one was leaking.Would recommend as stated needed for install the installers should know this.

Had problems with second delivery. Was told by manager at store named Jackson that he would call me back to fix the problem. Guess what? He never called me back. Really upset through this whole process

This hose was not long enough. So I had to buy my own and have it installed.

Not bad per say but didnt work for us. It was too short

I thought this was to drain condensation. I did not know there is an ice maker in the fridge. I have never had an ice maker in a fridge. Nearest water is a bathroom sink through the wall behind the fridge. Installer took one look and left. This item was never delivered. It was supposed to be delivered with the fridge, but was not delivered.

The install team informed us at the time of delivery that 'they didn't connect the water supply on the refrigerator'. Seriously? THIS was part of the install that we were told was part of the delivery by the sales person. So what were we supposed to do? We were told that we could call a plumber to connect the water supply. After I had to get a bit angry, they finally agreed to connect the water supply. Best Buy tells you things to make the sale and after the sale, they completely drop the ball and start the blame game. Oh, it's the delivery departments fault. Oh it's the install teams fault. It's everyone else's fault and never theirs.

We were made to purchase - even though I knew we would not need it We just returned it - but a hassle to have to go back to store when I new from the beginning that we would not need it.

We had this water line installed during them delivery of our LG French Door Refrigerator. After throwing out the first few batches of ice cubes as instructed my wife noticed her drinks had a funny taste. We wrote it off to the newness of the appliance and expected the bad taste to eventually fade away. After a month, it never did! The reviews of the refrigerator didn’t mention any issues with the taste of the ice maker but the reviews of the water line did. I went to Home Depot and purchased some polyethylene tubing and brass couplings as a replacement which worked immediately!

Needed to hook up water line to my new refrigerator. Was installed in about 5 minutes.

After six months of use, I have to revise my original review. The ice maker started to make clanky noise. The noise lasts a few minutes almost every single day. The freezer doesn't work well either. It can only go as low as 22-23 degrees in some days, even I set the freezer temperature to -6. Things like ice cream, waffle, popsicles will melt. I really don't want to deal with repairing service during this pandemic. And I don't know if they will be helpful at all since these issues are pretty random. At certain point, I may just cut loss and get a more reliable one.

For some strange reason this kit does not come with a saddle valve to tap into a water line.

never got it. called to try and get my money back they said they would send a email to confirm payment back never got it or the product
