I can't rate this because i necer received it . There was one on the other refrigerator so it was never left. They delivered and i hooked up the refrigerator

Wasn’t long enough to reach the pipes. Also it assumes that you have a separate water outlet for the fridge.

So glad that I purchased these hoses they worked excellent for my dishwasher thanks Best Buy you guys are great .

Best Buy requires a new line for th3 installation however they only sell 6 foot length. First installer said too short. Had to buy longer at Home Deppt.

Paid for 3rd party installation - they were "unable" to set up the waterline on my fridge due to a CPVC issue. The sales person guaranteed me they would be able to set it up. They also put a few holes in the front door of my condo during the failed installation. I have spent hours talking to Best Buy customer support and the answer that I continue to hear is "sorry valued guest, but we cannot guarantee anything". Makes me wonder why I paid the money in the first place. If you are considering buying, make sure you know the specifications of your home to prevent terrible customer service experiences like the one that I had. Woof.

I had these installed with my new fridge. They seem pretty sturdy.

I did not get the installation kits that I ordered.

I was required to purchase this with the fridge, but also had to have my plumber come out to install a water line, and he couldn't use this. Had to buy another one that he could use. I will see if I can return it.

Returned item to the store didn't need to replace the current line.

Returned this to store after installers refused to hook it up and I found it was too short anyway. Measure what you need and buy one at the local hardware for less.

The 3rd party claimed to of completed installing but they didn’t! And kept my hose. It was a headache dealing with CS but ultimately at the store level they were able to help. Haven’t seen the return in my balance tho.

Best Buy will only install a refrigerator if you by a new installation kit. The kit is fine, but I had no need for a new line. The one in the house was only a couple years old.

I was told by the installers that they could not install this line because my water feed line was 'Hard Wired", and they could not accept the liability. I spent money on this when it wasn't needed. Best buy did not explain the details of this line as to whether or not I would need it when I bought my refrigerator.

Best Buy forces you to purchase this with in-home installation of a refrigerator, even if it is not used in the installation. This was my case; my home already had the necessary plumbing and hook-up for a fridge waterline. I had to purchase something I was never even given. Definitely seems like a nickel-and-diming tactic.

Very effective and very efficient product that I would buy again
