The delivery guys told us that they did not have to install and left with the kit. We contacted Best Buy multiple times and still do not have the kit or a refund. Double check that the delivery guys give you all of your parts.

Why did I have to buy these again?

I purchased these with my refrigerator that I just had installed. They were not used by the installers and I know I have to make a special trip to Best Buy to return them. I’m not exactly sure why Best Buy makes you purchase them if their installers are not going to install them. It was frustrating because the installers did not speak much English and it took several times of asking them to let them know that we wanted the hoses given to us since we had paid for them already.

I was forced by the store to buy this. It looks pretty stellar in its box on my shelf but do your homework before you try to save money on the instillation. They'll get theirs.

Wrong selection and overpriced!

The sales people didn’t clarify anything about the cable, just said I needed it for my new Samsung fridge when I told them I had a copper line. Well, I also have an old house and the line is about 20ft long...this cable is only 6ft. I didn’t realize that until the delivery happened, would’ve been nice for the sales person to at least ask about the length so I could’ve checked ahead of time. FYI in case you need a long water line, I got mine at Lowe’s...20’ stainless steel, for half the price of this one!
