You probably don’t need this

Installers couldn’t install max water line except to splice my existing one and just attach part of this one which would have been pointless. The installers even told me these installation kits are just a way for bestbuy to make more money and are often wasted. You can return them if you don’t use them though.

Sad story

We didn’t get the refrigerator from you because your delivery service is not good. They let the refrigerator get soaked wet when it was raining outside. When I told them to bring it in before it rain. They didn’t listen.

No Water No Need

I do not have a water hookup for the icemaker. Excess time for me having to return it. This needs to be addressed. Please don't force customers to purchase something they don't need.

This item is useless given there's nothing to connect it to. I was informed that this part automatically was sold to the customer even if though it wasn’t needed.

Had to BUY!

Variable quality control on parts

This option was fine as i would have done it, it is more the principle.
