Right hose, wrong length

Weird taste

Was told line wasn't long enough. I ask to see the kit and one of them went to the truck to get it. He bought back this box that looked like it had been ran over by a truck and none of the brass fixing where in the box. He spoke to the other work and he went back to the truck and bought back a box in better shape and had a label with my name on it.

This developed a pinhole leak that leaked a gallon of water an hour for several days behind the frig, under the floating floor of the kitchen, doing massive damage. An emergency replacement cost far less than this one. BB usually does not refund on these items, but did in this case.

When r he fridge was installed the employee did not change out water line. Instead my existing water line was used. So I was billed for something I Never recieved.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
