Too short
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently bought a fridge and in order for them to install my fridge, I had to purchase this waterline kit. The only problem was they only had a 6 ft. hose. I needed a longer hose so I had to buy another one elsewhere. Luckily they were able to hook up the fridge with the longer hose I bought. I was also able to return the waterline kit back to best buy.

Tech never installed it.. they used the existing one and it still sitting next to My new Fridge in My Kitchen.. Thanks for the useless up sell. wait till I talk about the actual installation.

It’s stainless steel stupid! It does wear out stupid! Quit up selling and ripping customers off!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We paid for water installation, but they could not use kit Best Buy gave us and we had to pay that company an extra $250 to route a completely different line for ice maker and then they didn’t turn ice maker on. We called Best a buy and contracted water company about why ice maker didn’t work. We fINally found out ourselves that they did not turn ice maker on. The guys that installed it were great though.

It would be an improvement if the installers brought their own and then charged for it if needed, and not charge if it is not needed.
