Didn’t need it. Looking for credit Should not have been charged when I purchased the refrigerator as I told the sales clerk it would not be hooked up to a water line for ice

purpose only. My previous line was copper and feel this was not necessary. If necessary why was it not supplied with the frig.....?

Everyone was so professional. They really went out of their way to provide great service.

We were charged for this but it was not used since our water line comes from a reverse osmosis system, piping already available. The delivery guys did not leave this with us, so we have nothing to return. We have corresponded with the sales person several times; she doesn't seem to understand and is no longer responding.

I didn't receive this item despite being charged for it. Delivery person said he'd remove the charge but didn't. I called to report it and request a refund but the associate could not understand me.

You need to replace these every few years. Cheap money.

Water does not taste good it works but taste nasty for drinking

Had the new line placed at install. Techs seemed to be quick and everything works well.

No problems but I wasn't thrilled at having to buy these, but they were required for the"free" installation of my new fridge.

I paid extra to have them connect thewstet to refrigerator and I spent 6 Saturday waiting for install I had numerous rude conversations with total tech just to finally hire someone myself. Love the sales and delivery. Very disappointed in install services

Had to wait 30 days for an installation appointment. Technician never showed up. After 5 calls and 3 hours found out the tech had the day off. The manager of the store was going to get someone out asap and call me back. It is 8 days later and still no appointment or call back. All the customer service reps could say was, sorry we can't help you. Even the manager said the same thing. I don't even want to give them 1 star. So unhappy.

I assume that this is a good water line connector. I have not had a metal one before but was told I needed it when I purchased the new refrigerators.

Definitely needed a water line for my fridge, however the ice still tastes terrible owning the fridge for two weeks.

Sent unqualified people to hook up ice and water................. .

We got this just in case we needed it for our new fridge hookup but didn’t need it.

I originally purchased this and then it was supposed to be credited to my account. I have been waiting several weeks for this to be installed because of miscommunication. I cannot use the ice or water on my fridge because I have no water line! Now supposedly I have to repurchase everything again and have work done in my basement to get this line access to my fridge to get it working.

It always irks me that water lines must be purchased new. If they are required, why aren't they included in the purchase of the appliance?

I would have preferred if installers were able to adjust water line length and nit just leave a lengthy coil of tubing piled behind the unit.
