I paid for installation - the guys did not even use it... used Plastic tubing the whole route and just took it with them when completed...

Great product. Too bad you are required to get a new line for a new installation.

Needed to purchase with the new refrigerator. Installers put in for me. No issues.

Was told by the sales person that I had to purchase a 6 ft stainless water line for this model as this info was displayed online. Purchased hose anticipating the information was correct. Turns out this model has a built in (inside the unit) plastic hose that can not be replaced or even accessed. Had to go to hardware store for special fittings to adapt. Returned hose for refund. Best Buy should update their online information.

I hope it will be great, but you keep asking me before you've delivered it.

We were told one day prior to delivery that the refrigerator we had ordered one month prior would not be delivered because it was out of production. Plus the financial arrangement started the day we purchased not several weeks later when the refrigerator was delivered. However, the delivery on another refrigerator was prompt and on time. We will not buy anything from now on from that Best Buy on Two Notch Road next to Petsmart. Customer service is non existent.

Why is this still showing on my account. It was never used nor delivered. The existing water was used. I informed the store the following day after the delivery.

Do not buy this if buying an LG refrigerator. It made my water taste terrible after throwing away 9+ gallons of water and 3+ full tubs of ice. LG recommends a PEX water line.

Called in to LG to complain abt plastic smell & taste in ice & water. Tech replaced the ref filter but taste & smell remains - he said I need to replace the newly installed hose. I did not have this problem with the old ref. It’s been over two months since new line & ref was installed.

My ice tasted like I was drinking water from a garden hose the first 4 weeks. It just tasted like rubber smells. A poor choice. Many old refrigerator had a poly waterline, and had no issues from day one. So please, in the future, consider replacing stainless steel with a poly line. PS...today marks 4 weeks since my install, and my ice is great. No foul taste. Thanks

No way to reviewdo you Rachel installation crew never installed this because they ripped the old plumbing out of my old refrigerator and just stuck the old plumbing with the broken connection into the new refrigerator and left my attachment pipe inside my new refrigerator and left my home with water leaking months later still no water no ice no when the care is no one that will take accountability for the mistakes not happy

I purchased this waterline kit for my new refrigerator and the bow was open and missing parts it looked like it was leftover from another installation at this point I did not make a big deal about it because I just wanted the installers out of my house because they were not following the safety guidelines that bestbuy said they would be to keep my family safe.

Did not use it when they delivered my fridge. Was going to return it but out of warranty period.

Easy to connect to the refrigerator. Great service

since using this hose i started to have water hammer in the plumbing in my house. not sure if it was a result of a faulty fridge or a faulty hose.

I will need to return this water line. It was too short. My plumber had to install a new line.

Nice connector. It did not come with any adapters to go from larger hose types, only the 1/4 inch threaded connector.
