size didn't work with my sink hookup. make sure to check. was able to find correct size at Home Depot.

This was a required purchase for installation. It was used by delivery personnel.

They tried to install before the delivery and could not understand why this was a problem. Customer service was no help. They finally returned the purchase but kept my 300 dollar in rewards.

This waterline kit is not useful, unless your fridge is a few inches from the water source. My laundry machines sit behind the fridge and even though the 6 foot waterline that comes with the kit should work, it doesn't. The service guys said so and didn't even try to install it. They told us to go to Lowe's to get a 10' hose and a splitter too. Not cool. I'll be returning the kit.

This was installed with new fridge. Had no hammering issues before this was installed. Need them to come back and fix.

if you already have a fridge with water hooked up then this is the service to buy when replacing your Refridgerator

Hector delivered refridigerator -- I asked twice if ready to make ice - he answered yes -- mention hook up kit -- Hector said Best Buy did not sell a kit long enough -- would have to obtain elsewhere and have plumber install -- WAS ICE MAKER HOOKED UP OR NOT??? Had someone check out -- if I had turned the water on would have flooded kitchen. GREAT SERVICE!!! Nearly impossible to contact human by phone. OH WELL u

The delivery guy said he couldn’t hook the water line up. I would have to call a plumber. The line appeared to be kinked somewhere. It worked before with my old refrigerator. If the kit was new, why would it be my fault for a kink in the line?

simple installation - We did, however compare with a Zero Water Filter, and that is much better for filtered water

My water connection for the refrigerator was not close enough. Had to return it because the installers would not connect it.

Kit might be great, but this kit was required for set-up and the technician didn't even use it. Wish I wasn't required to purchase it.

Did not use as I had a new one on the fridge I was taking out that was new.

We told you we did not want it and did not have or plan to run a water line to it, but you shipped it with the new refrigerator anyway and billed us for it.

First delivery attempt found referenced hose not long enough. Delivery lead told me I needed to get a longer hose and have a plumber. I did and fridge was installed the following week. I asked for a credit on the cost of the hose he brought but dos not use. The credit has not appeared on my account yet.

Could not use the line with only 6' length. Water line was quite a distance further.

When I bought the frig I told the saleslady that my current frig had an ice/water dispenser therefore the water line was there. She charged me for this new metal line that I then returned. Make sure of what you need and don't need. They are pushy.

forced to purchase if I wanted installation. installers came and said they could not perform service. had to do it myself.

Never needed product. The "cart" wouldn't let me delete it from the cart. It was also never delivered and I've received very little to no support
