Best Buy Needs to Check With Contractors
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have tried to have this water line installed but the contractors Best Buy has used cannot, or will not, fit this line for a PVC water pipe. We were told a plumber has to create a fitting for the water line before the contractors can install it. It seems odd that this is the case. That said, Best Buy is making right in that they are going to give us a credit toward a plumber creating the proper fitting.

Poor Water Hook up unit

This package does not have the NEEDED inserts for the tubing, the Ferrell’s did not fit correctly, turned in the coupler, LEAKED!! I had to go out and purchase a REAL WATER LINE SET UP that worked properly! Best Buy need not sell this item!

Worthless hookup

If I did that I could have screwed the 2 lines together. Worthless offer. The hose was hooked up under the sink but I didn't run it through the hole already there in the cabinet.

If you do, just buy the simple parts needed to connect to your new fridge. We had to return as they refused to connect using an existing plastic line.
