As of this date, 2/20/2021, my credit card has not been credited for this return. Purchase date was 1/20/2021. Be sure you really need this for installation before you purchase the item.

Good Product - TERRIBLE Install Service

I literally spent over 4 hours on the phone trying to get defective products replaced and refunds to my credit card. The customer service were nice and helpful but I should not have had to put that much work into solving THEIR problems especially when I was in the middle of a 1300 mile move.

NEVER GOT THE EQUIPMENT

WAS NOT ABLE TO INSTALL REFRIGERATOR AT TIME OF INSTALL AND HE SAID THE WATER HOSE WOULD BE DELIVERED LATER WHEN INSTALL WAS DONE. INSTALL STILL HAS NOT BEEN DONE BECAUSE OF ISSUES WITH HOUSE REPAIR AND STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE HOSE.
