Bad water cable

And both times the installation has been delegated to delivery guys not a plumber, In the meantime I still cannot use the refrigerator to its full potential.

Lost but not forgotten

However, I ended up running my own due to cabinets being installed and would be easier. They delivered the fridge hooked up my line and never left the one the one that was purchased with this fridge.

No contact on install, had to reach out on my time

After the time had passed, I contacted Best Buy. They reached out. He was overbooked and she asked when he could reschedule. I explained now. I already took time off work . He agreed to the next AM first thing. More hotrible service for my appliance install nightmare!

Tech/Installer Lazy

So he skipped, said I could get a refund, but I had to make a call myself. I would have preferred installation, but he said not worth it. I did end up getting refund when I called.

At the time of delivery the crew said they couldn’t due to “liability” very deceiving information just to upswell an already expensive appliance.

Never got the fridge, didn't need the water line.

I found out when the delivery guy came to my door and said it was broken and then he left! I told the salesman that I was not going to use the icemaker and that I would remove it. Somehow this got onto the order anyway.
