Disappointed with the installer not hooking it up

The installer said that what was there is fine. I am not totally sure ot that. Need my the installer to come back out and replace the line with the new one that was purchased that he put back in his vehicle.

Overpriced

The one I had was less than 2 years old and looked new. Therefore I had to buy their line at double the cost of HD or Lowe’s.

Spent hour on phone with someone from Philippines “who completely understands “ but offered no resolution. Went to a Pacific Sales location and they capably handled.

The customer should get to choose how and which they want to install. There was no option and we had to pay the price they dictated plus the part was an additional cost. I think that is an unnecessary expense spirit

Delivery guys did't speak english and never hooked anything up and left the whole refriderator not hooked up and broken. It is a month later and all I want is a working refridgerator . Unreal

Too short to use.

The package did not have a long enough hose and according to the installer a longer one was not available. I’m still waiting for the credit for this.

Fridge water line

Before they left my house one of them turn around and told me, that he could come back in a couple of hours and install it for 375.00.
