Was not installed and now I can’t even return it because it was only returnable until June 27 which I didn’t even know nor was I explained that

Had to purchased and wasn't installed, it was left in my countertop. When I try to return it, they refused to give me a refund and I was told that they were only able to do store credit.

I'm sure this is a good product but we did not purchase it for our recent purchase of a refrigerator as we already had one connected.

Wrong water line and Best Buy was not returning it so i am stuck with this product and mt fridge cannot be used

Returning because I was sold this item without being asked if I needed it. I figured they would swap mine out but it wasn't even necessary.

Not needed if you connect yourself, they won’t connect if you don’t meet there requirements.

We received a wrong kit with our refrigerator. Had to go exchange for the right one

I bought this waterline kit with my refrigerator, but the delivery person installed my refrigerator with my old waterline kit. He didn't give me my new waterline kit for return. I lost my money to return this product.

Apparently Best Buy installers do not have simple problem solving skills.

The technician just gave me the silver wire without a box or the other pieces listed in the post. Looks totally different that what I ordered.

Product never delivered. I paid extra for this product . Where is it.

We never had a chance to use it we bought and paid for this item when we purchased a new refrigerator in November 2020. since then you have delivered FOUR refrigerators all of which have been defective. the last 3 never even made it up our driveway.

Not sure how it works. The delivery guy did not use it. He used the one that came with my refrigerator and did not leave it.

I do not know! Install didn't use it my existing one worked fine. Install take it back and I still got billed for it.

I ordered the kit thinking it was every I needed to hook up the fridge. Only to find out at the time of installation that it was missing some parts. Which you have to get separately like at home depot. Don't know why they state it includes everything you need to hook up water line. :(

The product was not left with the delivery, and I ws charged for the item

The person who sold the refrigerator to us said we needed the waterline kit. We was assuming the WHOLE waterline was going to be replace. The guys who brought our refrigerator to us said they DON'T do that, they added at the end of the line we already have. So we really did not need it..

This particular package was absolutely rotten, missing some parts with non relevent parts being in the box. ROTTEN QUALITY CONTROL. My record shows that I needed to buy a second box due to this being out at the store I got it from.

Product was not installed by Geek Squad member Collin and his helper. They said they would return this item to Best But and I would receive a credit. Haven't received any credit yet?
