When washer was being installed the best buy rep told me this and installed the washer with the hose it came with now i have a 30 dollar stainless steel hose just sitting in the package because it has been to long to return

Waterline not connected

The waterline was not connected. Delivery man turned on icemaker which is not recommended. Hopefully he didn't damage my refrigerator

They forgot to deliver our refrigerator!

We'd been waiting about 7-8 weeks and had been living out of an ice chest for 3. Needless to say, we bought a much nicer refrigerator from a different store.

I guess Habitat for Humanity gets a lot of them donated as they are not returnable for store credit.

Forced to Purchase This!

We didn't even need it. Plus, the delivery guys didn't even install it. Waste of money!
