Best buy needs to ask what size of hookup is available for correct size hose or send techs with assorted hoses for the correct connection. or buyer needs to just purchase a line from the hardware store that matches their hookup

Item wasn’t received. Call delivery driver and they did not return to bring item

Had to put this with refrigerator but then the delivery person hooked it up to the plastic line on the fridge. What is the point in that? My entire experience with Best Buy was one of the worst retail experiences of my life!!!

Everyone was confused as to why this was required along with the purchase of the refrigerator as it was not needed.

Was told to buy but did not need since had ice maker in old refrigerator. Was able to return. Had to put in valve which was a waste of $250. Original people putting in refrigerator were incompanant in that they are not plumbers

Never got it nor used it with the installation, but had to pay for it.

Installers did not install it as they said they were unable to do it. I had to do it myself with another product.

I actually didn’t really need the water line because I already had one, I was just playing it safe.

I was told I had to purchase this waterline for my refrigerator, but it was the wrong one. Due to the corona 19 virus I have to hold off on returning it. Refrigerator is great though!

Great item but should not pay to remove the old one and install for free instead. They want more money for removal and installation

The installation team tried to install my refrigerator’s water line but were unable because what was in the box was a hose for a dishwasher- they have different size connections.

Fridge delivered Sept 10 but not the ice maker, the waterline kit or the tools to install -- fridge is sitting in my garage

Didn't need this. Since I had to connect it myself, I just used the line that was still there. Waste of money.

No!!!! Do Not waste your money! Your water and ice will taste like metal. This is not what LG recommends and is so much more expensive than the pex water line.

this waterline does not shut off the water dispenser. It lowers the amount of water dispensed, but it does not stop letting water leak briskly from the water line.

Does not fit with all connection types as you are told in the store. If your connect does. Or concert with this line, installer will not water filter or ice maker. A plumber will have to be called or you will have to install it.

Looks great, but it leaves a bad taste in the water. It also makes the water smell funny. I bought a similar line at Menards and had no problem with the water.

I could not use this product with my new fridge. The salesman did not advise me that I needed a specific type of water connection. My connection is from 1991. You may not have a problem if your connection is newer.
