Never used this item. Geeksquad never connected it.to me refrigerator.

i on purpose bought a refrigerator without water or an ice maker and was still charged for a water kit that i did not want or use

Installers did not use it...we purchased the kit but the installers did not sue the kit. The kit was deducted from our purchase but more than disappointed - this was one part of the disappointing installation process

Best Buy would not hook up my water line for my new fridge unless I buy this overpriced water line.

I was told I needed this item as more than likely my current setup was outdated. Needless to say It was returned and not used. cant say if it is good or not recommend only if you need it.

Bought this when we bought our new fridge because the salesman said we needed it to hook up our water to the fridge. Well, we already had water hooked up to our old fridge, thus not needing it.

This was probably over priced and I'm not sure if it was necessary since we had existing water lines from our old refrigerator, but this was required for the installation of our new refrigerator.

Didn't really need this, but it was a required add-on for their specific installation aka removing doors and leaving fridge in selected location.

I was required to purchase this if I wanted my ice maker connected. When the fridge was delivered the guys saw that I had the same thing in place so they returned it to the store and it was credited to my account

They tried to deliver my new refrigerator 3 times and each time it didn’t have all the parts - absolutely horrible service!

Best Buy makes you buy this product if your order a refrigerator with an ice maker, otherwise the delivery is considered a drop-off. I had to return it afterwards because I didn't need it since I already had a water line.

I paid for this item. I did not want the ice maker hook up at time of installation of refrig. Install crew did not leave this item with me.

Returned product as it was not needed. Best Buy tries to push this but save the receipt and don’t unbox

Had to buy it to get refrigerator brought into house. We have a copper line blumbed from basement, so a complete waste of money.

Best Buy needs to be more up front about refrigerator hook up. They do not thread pipes through cabinet walls to the water source. Customer needs to know that. I was lucky. They used my previous pipe.

This item was not needed because we already had the hookups, so if we were charged for this item, we should be given credit on my statement!!!!!

I don’t have a water or ice hook up! I don’t have a hook for water or ice maker!

Its a fine line but triple the price of the same thing at other stores.
