Milking the Customers

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Being forced to purchase a "NEW" water connection line in order for the installers to connect the water to our new refrigerator is Robbery in my opinion. Millions of folks have used 1/4 inch tubing, either copper or nylon for years with only an occasional breakage. Now we have to have an expensive stainless steel braided waterline kit which is an overkill if I ever saw one. Just one more instance of Best Buy (and others) milking their customers for everything they can. They do the same thing on washers dryers and ranges. Overpriced fittings to connect your new appliances. NOT a Fan !!!
