If you get white bits floating in ice / water
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.... then most likely (esp. in new construction), you likely didn't know to flush the line into a bucket BEFORE hooking it up to your refridge. This is in NO WAY caused by this water line kit! It is from sheetrock particles, etc that fel into the tube during "mudding" and "taping" work when the sheet rock is installed or other construction work and is common. FAILURE TO FLUSH will also contaminate / damage your refridgerator's water filter; the water will taste gross and may potentially even be somewhat unhealthy. ALWAYS remember to flush into a bucket after connecting the first end of the hose to the wall, *before* you connect the other end to the refridge. (Also, the kit seems to be good quality - mainly just wanted to provide this info to help those who may have the same issue 1 prior reviewer did, as far as floating debros in their ice / water. Hope it helps someone out there!)
