I missed that the refrigerator I purchased did not have an internal filter. The installation service used the kit but I had to discard and couldn't return it as it was used.

Fridge install

When it was delivered the guys told me they did not have any tools and just wanted to drop it off since it was late in the day. I had to call back after 3 days since I never heard back about the install. It ended up taking a week to get someone else out to get the refrigerator in the house and setup. The installers who came (Gustavo and Josiah) were really top notch and did a very good job. I would rate them a 5. This rating would have been a 5 if not for the issues when it was delivered.
