its a hose for the fridge I bought my daughter amd son-in-law

It is a water hose and it does its job very well!!

It definitely does its job! It's a great piece of equipment!

1 star when I purchased my fridge the water kit was open and pinions and seal tape was missing only had the water coil line.

You need this kit if putting in a refrig with a water line for water and ice.

Added this in to the order, you never see it but I'm assuming the stainless was better!

This item was useless and I was told I need to buy to fit the connection to water line tube

I've had this product for about 8 months now and it's performing as expected.

Functions as it should. A pricey add on , though, should be included.

I had bought a refrigerator and swapped it out for a bigger one a week later. I was shocked that I was made to pay for another water kit when the first one was only a week old

Water line working fine so far without any leaks from it.

Paid for installation and this item was part of it, and I'm pretty sure they didn't even use it. Basically paid for something that I didn't get.

This was a required purchase for a Best Buy install of a new Frigidaire Pro Fridge/Freezer duo with a trim kit. This appliance pair does not have a water filter and only has an icemaker. This waterline has made the ice taste horrible(rubber, plastic taste). Ice made with an ice cube tray with water from a nearby kitchen faucet tastes fine. The icemaker was replaced to make sure there was not a residue on the icemaker originally installed causing the bad taste. We have spent four months trying to get this problem fixed. Still not fixed yet. I think ice made with water from my garden hose would taste better than this water line. The water line is scheduled to be replaced and I am hopeful that will fix the problem. We have not been able to use the ice made from the ice maker since the freezer was installed. We just keep throwing away batches of ice to run through the system.

We were not able to use this because the refrigerator that was brought was broken and we rejected it. After many weeks of trying and failing to get a replacement, we cancelled the order and got another one elsewhere.
