No review. Didn’t need it. Tried to tell the sales person that.

He did not use it. I still have the product, purchased it for nothing wasted money.

This will never work in your kitchen unless your refrigerator is directly next to your sink. It came with our refrigerator order but the technician obviously couldn't use it, and for whatever reason he also couldn't use the existing line, so now we have a Samsung "beverage center" with no water supply and a loose water tube hanging out next to the fridge dripping into a loaf pan on the floor.

This was a replacement from a warranty. We did get the same refrigerator we had. We liked all the room the refrigerator has with additional storage drawer.

Haven’t had any problems or leaks. I have used since 2016 on Samsung fridge.

Not sure. I was able to use lines already in place. Check if what is available can be used.

I purchased my refrigerator over six weeks ago, was originally told two weeks. A day later was told an additional four weeks until I could receive it. I can’t review the products because I have yet to receive them. I will never purchase anything from your company unless the product is in stock.

Standard 6' line was too short. Delivery team should carry 6' and 10' lines. Best Buy sold me a line I can't use. Process is geared to selling product, and not the customer's needs.

This is one star to Best Buy. I was charged for this item, even though there is no water connection in the model (there was no option to remove it online, as it was "required"). It was not delivered. I gave up on talking to the customer service trying to get reimbursed. They were just pushing me around between different "specialists", never got resolved

It is a very bad product, it did not last 5 months and it started to leak

It was nice that Best Buy also carried this necessary attachment.

I ordered this and it was never delivered. I called and was given a case number. Every time I call with the case number (once a week) nothing happens. It’s been over a month and still have not received anything and no contact from Best Buy. I would love customer service to contact me. The only contact number I can find is 1-888-237-8289

just need a water line. need this for ice maker to work

To short and can’t install it. My refrigerator is far from sink and needs longer wires

didn't end up using this due to my fridge being further than 6' from sink...?

Didn’t get this item. The salesman told me I needed it even after telling him I already had the hose. He said the guys wouldn’t use mine. The delivery guy said hell yes they’d use mine and did. Delivery guy also said he’d return the 1 I bought. Not sure if he did but totally sure I didn’t get reimbursed

did not use, did not need, best buy policy to send one with each refrigerator.

The salesman made us buy this, he didnt know what water lines were already on the insignia fridge,,the installers keft before hooking up water.
