Buyer Beware - Didn't fit water line
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After spending $30 for a waterline kit you would think it would include the connectors to fit most waterlines.This one does not. After 3 trips to the hardware store we finally found the $3 part to do the job. Would have been nice to know we would need the connector before Best Buy would preform the promised installation. Not my idea of good customer service.

Hard water

Poor Quality

The first 2 ice makers made so much clanking noise even when the bar was in the off position. Horrible product!

They make you buy it with a refrigerator.

They didn’t need it and I didn’t use it or return it. It was pushed on me by the website. I had to buy a new refrigerator and I still have this one from 2017 and the website still made me buy it again. Definitely going to return it this time. Such a waste of time though!
