    IT does serve the purpose and was easy enough to install. It turned out to be more than enough length for our purposes. However, I wish there had been a choice of lengths. Next time I will double check and perhaps buy at Home Depot for a more appropriate length. I guess I should have paid more attention to how long this line was.

    This is a strong product, it comes with everything you need to hook up the water line to your refrigerator and more if you have a different design than a newer model. It worked great for us on a brand new GE profile black stainless steel refrigerator I just purchased.

    There is no way to skip this purchase when buying a new refrigerator. Just have to return when it’s not needed. I guess it’s better for Best Buy to require this and not waste the installer’s time. I can understand this. Customer will also be less upset (than) when the part is needed but it’s not included.

    It’s really nice that with less pressure or effort u can open easily the front portion/compartment of the fridge to have your most often used items like milk/cheese/eggs etc and it’s sleek, and it’s convenient enough with this new feature. I am enjoying this feature a lot

    Unbelievably, DID NOT HAVE TO USE THIS. The installation crew actually said IT WAS NOT NEEDED and therefore credited back to our bill! What? Highly recommend the in-home Best Buy people. Honest, hard-working and respectful. A welcome and fresh attitude in a weary and critical world!
