The Best Buy installers had no problem connecting to my current waterline. When purchasing a new appliance, it is always better to have all the correct, new connections.

Stainless Steel hose

I use them on the washer and dryer along with the refrigerator. The hoses could potentially never need changing or even if they do the average person probably wouldn't be living in the same home by the time the hose should be changed.
