Icemaker no good

The icemaker was lowered to -4 degrees to increase the icemaking ability, DID NOT WORK. The tech just came on Fri, 8/4, and REPLACED the whole icemaking components. As of yet, the ice bin is NOT EVEN FULL!!!!
