Upon inquiring what the problem was, I was informed the install crew was lacking a fitting needed to hook up the water line to the ice and water. I ended up making a trip to Lowe's, getting the fitting, and finishing the job myself. Not hard as I'm pretty handy with tools, but not my idea of fun after work activity. I'm not real upset, you cant carry everything in your truck you might need, but not thrilled either. The kit itself was fine.
