    This is an accessory for the new Insignia Refrigerator/Freezer we purchased. Unfortunately, the freezer compartment was manufactured poorly requiring the appliance to be replaced. Best Buy agreed to replace the appliance. However, Best Buy directed the delivery crew to remove the ice maker from the initial appliance and install it in the new appliance. The transferred ice maker would not operate. Two service visits quickly claimed (incorrectly) the water service was not turned on. A third service visit/technician installed a new ice maker. Now, three days since the latest service … NO ICE …

    The quality of the product is very good, however the installation of the new washing machine was horrible. The main technician was not flexible and criticized me over something that was minor. And he kept on saying that he was going to leave everything un-stalled without my approval. I had to verbally fight him to get the whole order completed.
