Getting ice and water was tricky and the glass had to be properly positioned. We had a few ice cubes get stuck in the chute, melt and fall on the tile eventually making puddles. The problem arose after a couple of weeks when the lettuce started wilting prematurely. Then 2 packages of cheese molded in the deli drawer. A check of all the refrig storage areas/surfaces revealed that there was a 10 degree temp variance among them! The ice tea developed ice on the surface on the top shelf while the hamper bins were MUCH warmer. The big box store worked with us and we have a different brand refrig on order. We can limp along with the Whirlpool until the new one gets here and they will trade them out then. We bought the Whirlpool WRS555SIHZ on Jun 10 and it was delivered Jun 19.

It comes with all you need to complete the connection of a refrigerator. I ended up needing a longer hose than the kit offered. I am not aware of kits with available longer hoses. If there are, it would have been nice to have an option.
