Had to install myself
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This waterline kit was perfect for the Samsung refrigerator purchased together from Best Buy but when the guys came to install it, they said it was the wrong kit and they refused to install it. I went back to the store just to find out it was the right one and had to install it myself. Not sure what the deal was. Incompetent delivery guys maybe?

Not included with new refrigerator?

Just not sure why a brand new refrigerator with a water veding doesn't come with water hose. I had to get this refrigerator in a hurry so I wasn't really able to compare with other stores. The associate just told us that this has to be purchased no matter where we buy.

Seems like this is just a hose

I though it would more then just a hose with some kind of special attachment, but it was just a hose or that just what the installer used for my Samsung 28.8 sft refrigerator. If you are a do it yourself, kind of handy person, you could buy the hose and do it yourself.
