Poor service - poor delivery - no call back

I went down on the 5th to find out the ice maker is not working. Called Best Buy agent that had been working with me to get the delivery actually made and left a voice mail and followed up with a personal email. On Monday I called Best Buy back and followed up with an email and now I am talking with someone who want to pass me off to the manufacture or charge me $168.00 to fix the refrigerator and was rude and when I ask to speak with a supervisor said he set me up for a call and hung up. You would think Best Buy would stand behind the products they sell. This refrigerator hasn't even had anything put in it or used past the techs setting it up. And so far no call back again from Best Buy!
