Ice taste bad and has particles in it when melts

LG support was useless and assumed no responsibility. Said we had the wrong water inlet line. Fridge is only three months old and had a new line installed at the time of installation. Fridge wasn't cheap. Would not purchase an LG fridge if I had it to go aver with again.
