Installer took the waterline with him and after an email and a phone call regarding leaking water line and request for credit, I still was not refunded. Finally stopped in a store and was able to receive credit with no hassle - after the hassle....

Frig Water line

What I liked that this actually happened to me and Best Buy refunded me the item and install fee since we could not install it ;).

Overpriced

Although the existing connection could have worked, I like the stainless steel aspect but it's over priced from what you can get elsewhere online. In comparison to other brick and mortar retailers its the same price.
