This recommended dryer vent was made well & fit the equipment need of the dryer I purchased. They were delivered & installed by Best Buy technicians without any problem. The only reason I didn't give it a 5th star, was the length prevented it from allowing the dryer to go as far back against the wall as the washer. Otherwise, no complaints.

This purchase was required to get free delivery and installation for our Samsung dryer. Probably a good idea to have this item replaced since our previous dryer and tubing was 12 years old. It makes my washer sit away from the wall more than our previous one did. Wish it would just be a shorter hose.

This semi rigid dryer vent kit worked great to connect to our right angle dryer vent kit we needed so our LG Washtower could be vented from the right aide of the unit rather than at the back of the unit! Well made and easily installed ( by the installers)!

Obviously you need a dryer vent for hookup, but this kit is more expensive than most, and short enough that you're probably going to want to get an extension someone else and have it on-hand when they do the hookup, because there's a good chance this won't be long enough

I like this style of vent for my dryer. It mounts more securely than with a pinch clamp that I replaced. The previous vent was torn in spots and lint was getting stuck and hard to clean out lint. This vent seems more rigid and less flexible than previous vent.

This is a great piece equipment for your dryer. However the salesman was not very knowledgeable about the product and it only periscopes to 18 inches, way too small for what I need. I needed to vent that was going to reach from the bottom of the dryer to about 6 feet up.

The installer of my new dryer told me that this vent kit fit the dryer perfectly, and that it was easy to connect and install. The venting materials also met my area's very strict housing code requirements. The price of the kit was very reasonable.

This Smart Choice - Semi-Rigid Dryer Vent Kit was highly recommended by a Best buy rep who I talked with over the phone. Prior to purchasing this item, my washroom was filled with lent everywhere! It was on the floor, on top of my dryer, etc. Which was bad for allergies. I was so grateful when the rep told me just what I needed to fix the problem, and I was so happy that curbside pickup was available, as I made this purchase in 2020 during the covid pandemic when a few stores were slowly reopening their doors. Many were firmly doing curbside pickup, which took a long time depending on the business. Best Buy, however, was prompt and the pickup went smoothly. Once we installed the new dryer vent, the lent problem was resolved! A year later, I can say that this product is still working well.

Needed bc my dryer spot actually needed to install bc was not present from the construction of my house. Guys did what they could and my neighbor helped me with the rest.

The dryer vent is excellent very sturdy, stable and was easily installed by the installation crew! It was 8 foot in length and needed to be expanded almost completely. It is staying very rigid right where it was put!

This came as part of my purchased washer and dryer install. I had an old metal telescoping vent that got the old machine a bit closer to the wall, however I like this better because the extra room between the machine and the wall allows me to clean behind the machine with out having to move it! Perfect!
