VENT IS DURABLE AND FLEXIABLE, DOESNT TAKE TO MUCH SPACE

It all appears to be working so far. It’s unfortunate it isn’t included in the purchase of our appliance but it is what it is. I’m glad it works, I do wish it was a little shorter since it seems to be taking up a lot of space behind the dryer but again....it is what it is.

When purchasing a new washer and dryer, you'll definitely need to purchase the dryer vent kit and hoses for the install to be guaranteed. I was very happy with the installation, and the dryer vent kit does a great job. Much better than my previous one. Flexible and durable!

Fits perfectly and it was easy to install, highly recommended

Got this vent hose when I bought a new dryer and very pleased with it. It includes everything you need to hook it up, including metallic tape to seal things up well. One note is that it is not a slim-fit model, so you will lose some space behind the dryer, but no more than if you don't use a slim-fit version.

I should have bought a plastic one. The pros are that this is made of metal. You won't have to worry about punctures and it will last longer when disconnected and reconnected. The cons are that this is more expensive than a plastic one and very hard to connect in a tight space. The coil is metal and therefore stiff. When it is connected to the dryer or wall, no matter how tight or loose you have it, it can pop off when moving the dryer into position. If you had a couple feet to work with this would be fine. But a lot of people have their washer/dryer in a limited space, like a laundry room. It sticks out a little farther thatn I would like. I can't fix this with out crushing the metal an/or causing the tubing to come loose. If you have your dryer in your garage, for example, you have plenty of space and would be better off having a more reliable hose like this one. Otherwise just guest a plastic one.

Great product good quality and still working after months

Universal product, sturdy, fit well and easy to install.

The vent kit was easy to install and fit it right it also came with aluminum tape which was a plus.

Easy to install and the length was perfect for the area that I have my dryer.

Semi-rigid dryer vent is a better choice than a flexible duct. I have a small space and had to pull the LG wash tower out a little to accommodate the duct.

Finally and easy kit to install. I was tired of fighting with metal exhaust pipes that tore easily, this kit was so much easier to install and my connection stays securely mounted to both the back of the drier and the wall vent.

We needed a new clothes dryer and walked in to the appliance section. Browsed and greeted by Karyn, who recommended one of our choices. She checked to see if it was available and told us about all of the necessary features with delivery included with price. She was so efficient and we spent 15-20 minutes at Best Buy. We are elated. Thank you.

The kid is fantastic. Haven’t put it together yet it’s still in the box.

The kit included all the parts including an actual dryer vent piece. So all the customer would need is a separate vent piece for the outside of their dwelling. I was surprised the kit included everything including silver tape for the actual dryer vent. The vent tube connected on with 2 removable fasteners. The dryer was connected in about 6”5 mins. Since the vent was already taped up. Also, the dryer vent tube was previously installed. A customer can actually do this project themselves for an electric dryer install.
