Definitely buy this kit and let the Best Buy installers hook it all up for you. As a backup had bought one at Home Depot but ended up returning it because this one from Best Buy was so much better. Definitely recommend this accessory.

Bought this to be used with my Samsung dryer unit. The item came exactly as described and was installed without difficulty. Has been working for a few months without failure or issue.

Not much to say, it installed easily and hasn't cracked/broken in 2 years despite moving the dryer several times to vacuum inside.

This was part of the package to complete the installation. Very happy with the installation and it is definitely a solid piece. Sometimes you can get cheap parts and they have to be replaced, but this one will last.

When we needed a new washer dryer, we also needed a new dryer vent kit. Our previous one was a flexible vent. Our new one is semi rigid and installed perfectly behind our new dryer. We are very pleased with this product.

It does what it does. Easy hook up. Great item. Better than flex.

This flexible metal venting is a good replacement for a plastic vent of the same length. It's good and rigid enough as long as you don't crush it too hard. The edges are extremely sharp though so I suggest wearing gloves while installing it.

I bought this item and it didn’t even come with all the parts.. looks like someone had already opened the box and took some pieces out and then returned it. Thankfully I still had extra clamps from my old dryer hook up so it wasn’t the biggest deal and it in no way effected the quality of the product nor was it the manufactures mistake. Just wish Best Buy would have rechecked it before handing it to me (they brought the items to my car as I picked up due to covid-19 and didn’t realize until I got home). This was a pretty pricey piece not to have gotten all my items. But still met my needs as far as the hook up went!

When I questioned my installers as to why I needed a new vent kit (extra charge) they patiently put the old one side by side with the new one. The 22-year-old one was floppy and aged looking. Definitely needed to be replaced, The new semi-rigid one was shorter and installed in minutes. A very good review for the company hired by Best Buy to do the work!

Purchased this vent kit for my dryer. Seemed to be a perfect fit from the back of the dryer to the wall. No issues installing.

I was not sure that I would need this when I was first shopping online. Decided to buy it and have it included with my install of my new dryer. It is a very good quality product and glad I am decided to purchase this. Easy to install.

We have a narrow space for hooking up the dryer and I was concerned this wouldn't work. Installers had no trouble with this at all and it was better than the original one we had in place for 18 years. Highly recommend.

This product is great, so much better than the flimsy, old, and way too flexible duct I had on my old dryer. I was skeptical of the claims that it would just rotate into the proper position when finally connected to the dryer and the exhaust vent, but it worked like a dream. I had to install this kit myself, as it constituted a special problem for the delivery guys and they did not do this. I am a decently qualified DIYer, and I managed it fine. But this kit is clearly more efficient and safer than my old system, and I highly recommend replacing older ducts with this kit.

We actually had to return this item when installing our dryer simply because it was not long enough. However, we did open the box and everything was there for an easy install. Unfortunately, we needed a more flexible product.
