This is the cord that was recommended by the salesman. I wish it was a little more flexible, but I am not sure if that is even possible. The cord has more tight bends in it that I would like, however, once it was properly installed and sealed, it seems to work fine. The first delivery man did not seal the vent and half the air was escaping behind the dryer; you could actually stand in front of the dryer and it felt like a wind storm because so much air was escaping. The second delivery man reinstalled and sealed with vent tape and then it worked just fine (the first delivery man skipped the vent tape altogether and left a large gap in the vent where it connected to the pipe in the floor).

This is easily installed, however it will prevent you from pushing your dryer all the way up to the wall as opposed to the soft kit. There is no give with this kit, but this aluminum one will last longer.

This was a good buy. My son was able to install without any issues. He was able to cut a portion off.

Obviously this vent is needed for the gas dryer installation. It is so nice that when purchasing our dryer, Best Buy includes this with the price of delivery. Then they can install everything for you and you can use your appliances right away.

Don't go cheap and buy a flimsy dryer vent exhaust. This is a high quality exhaust that attached quickly and securely to the dryer and the wall. Highly recommend.

Great dryer for small apartment has everything you need. Easy to use and simple. I would recommend this dryer to the peopele that don't want a very expensive one. The dryer vent is easy to install.

Installation was a snap literally and it did not take up a lot of,space That very important when you,are,fighting for,every inch to fit in the closet area. Did not need the periscope vent.

It's a typical dryer vent hose. No too thin. Had to piece two together to get it out through my basement dryer vent, so you might plan on measuring first. Also, the installers had foil tape to secure the two pieces together, but if this is a self install, consider running to the store to get some.

this was required with delivery, but my old vent kit was junk and the new one was the best kit i have ever got. it was so easy to install and the connections hooked so quickly.

The semi rigid dryer vent from best buy is very sturdy and flexible at the same time. Highly recommend this over the rigid ones and the flexible ones from other home improvement stores.
