OK Value - Required for Rebate

The local utility required that I have professional installation in order to qualify for a rebate and this was the easiest way to have that done. The parts cost as much as they might at a home improvement store so ultimately this isn't that bad... and you're not totally "hosed". Just do it and get it out of the way!
