It does what it’s supposed to do. Holds up an AC depending on the weight and size of the ac make sure you buy the right one. Got Best Buy agents yo install the bracket and ac window unit for me and it was good

These things are somewhat universal, without some added engineering ability and imagination. Not all window frames and Silas are alike so, d depending on your situation, you may need to throw away the instructions after like step 2.
