This kit worked perfect for the installation of my new dishwasher.

It seems the kit has all the parts needed to install the dishwasher. Because the installer didn't have to go back out to his truck to get any other parts

You might need it. When ordering the dishwasher it’s just that you will need this which is true, because the electrical cord the drain and the water inlet are not included with the dishwasher. However What you need is not necessarily the links that are included in the package. Before purchasing this be sure to know how far you have to run your drain and your water supply. The materials in this package are good for about 6 feet. My installation to the sink in to the drain was approximately 8 feet and so I had to go to the local hardware store to get a longer set to hook up the system. The quality of the items in the package are very good. You can pick up all of these items in the package at your local hardware store and the price is about the same.

This kit I purchased was to install my new dishwasher, which I LOVE! It's compact for my tiny kitchen and so EASY TO USE, especially for someone like me! LOL! Kit is of very good quality, and is absolutely necessary when replacing your old dishwasher. Foolish to leave the old fittings in there, when it is so easy to change them out with the new installation.

It was recommended by the website as an item that needed to be purchased alongside the dishwasher. It was delivered with the dishwasher by the installer. They used it to hook up the dishwasher in a timely fashion without any issues, and the dishwasherworks fine, so I assume these parts worked.

Had the store install the dishwasher with this kit. No problems. In my opinion, these installation kits should be included with the product at no extra cost.
