If they deliver your dishwasher and install it you will need this kit if your plumbing is wrong or if they cannot install it and they will leave without installing it. I have not bought a new dishwasher for over 25 years, so things have changed. so, just remember to pick up this kit when you buy a dishwasher. You DON'T WANT A DISHWASHER sitting in the middle of your kitchen until you go back and buy this!!!! YOU CAN ALWAYS TAKE THE KIT BACK FOR A REFUND IF IT IS NOT USED!!!!!

It’s a kit that Best Buy tells you to buy to connect your dishwasher to your home’s utility connections. It was installed and the dishwasher works so it must be okay. It’s probably a computer that asks for this review, so here you are.

Good product--poor Best Buy service!!

Unfortunately, a rat ate a hole in it. The "emergency" technician that arrived ( by the way, it took nearly a week for him to arrive) said that the machine required a special "LG" hose and he would not install this kit!! Good product--poor Best Buy service!!
