Had lots of parts I didn’t need for my installation. And didn’t have some I did need. Said would have been better off just buying just the ones necessary for the appliance I bought. Quality for the stuff he did use seems good.

Kit is complete and would have worked great except the water hose doesn't reach. For a "Universal" kit it should have had a longer hose. Or they should have let me know that a longer hose option was available.

Good product--poor Best Buy service!!

Unfortunately, a rat ate a hole in it. The "emergency" technician that arrived ( by the way, it took nearly a week for him to arrive) said that the machine required a special "LG" hose and he would not install this kit!! Good product--poor Best Buy service!!
